Josh Chen obtained his Master’s of Physical Therapy from UBC, where he also completed his Bachelor of
Kinesiology. In addition to his physiotherapy career, he has over a decade of experience teaching yoga.
This background as a movement specialist informs his treatment as a therapist, and you can expect a
very hands-on, focused approach when working with Josh.
Josh makes an effort to listen to his client’s stories and goals at every step of the way. This guides his
treatments, which include a combination of manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, postural
retraining, and ergonomic education. Dry needling (IMS) and Acupuncture are also available with Josh
on an as-needed basis.
Josh has a special interest in treating TMJ/jaw dysfunction, whiplash and injuries from motor vehicle
accidents, as well as disorders of the neck and shoulder.

Lesley graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Masters in Physical Therapy following her Bachelors degree in Human Kinetics.
She has worked with a variety of populations from elite athletes to weekend warriors and office workers. She has her functional dry needling (IMS) and acupuncture certicicaton and enjoys using this as a complement to her manual therapy and exercise prescription while developing a comprehensive treatment plan. She has also completed certification in manual therapy, temporomandibular (TMJ) disorders and vestibular therapy.
She is a certified Rost therapist and enjoys working with pre and post-natal women to make sure that pregnancy is as comfortable as possible and the return to activity is smooth and safe.
Lesley has a keen interest in sports injuries and loves to ensure all her patients are properly rehabbed to be able to perform to their full extent wherever their passions and sports lead them!

Treatments with Foster involve a mixture of myofascial, Swedish, pin & stretch, and dynamic release. He has a particular interest in the orthopedic side of massage therapy and helping people move better. She has an extensive history of working with patients with a wide range of pathologies including acute and chronic pain from muscular-skeletal injuries, sports injuries, MVA, concussions and other physical ailments.

After completing her undergraduate degree at Queen’s University, Dr. Ann Izard attended Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, class valedictorian in 2004. Prior to joining Teamworks, Dr Izard practiced for 16 years in the Burnaby Heights neighbourhood.
Dr. Izard treats a wide variety of issues from spinal complaints to shoulder concerns, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee and ankle injuries, plantar fasciitis, and headaches. Combining soft tissue therapies, joint manipulation, rehab exercises, and modalities such as Shockwave therapy, Dr. Izard helps patients reach their optimal level of performance.
