Your health and safety is of the upmost importance to us and, as such, we have implemented rigorous new safety protocols for the clinic. These include, but are not limited to: reduced clinic volume and physical distancing protocols, health screens for patients, staff and practitioners, new check-in/check-out procedures, modified clinic entrance to side door, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including masks, gloves and clinic-specific clothing (scrubs), enhanced hand sanitization (gloves, strict hand washing protocols), comprehensive protocols for clinic and equipment cleaning, hand sanitization stations throughout clinic and comprehensive training for staff.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in these efforts. We ask that you kindly: wear a mask if you have one (if not, we will provide you with a new disposable mask before entering the clinic), arrive by yourself and just a few minutes before your appointment time, wait on the outside covered patio until our receptionist comes out to greet you, respect social distancing by maintaining at least 6’ between yourself and others at the clinic when possible, complete the Pre-Appointment Health Screen and Consent for COVID-19, wear a face mask before entering the clinic and follow all directions from our administrative team.
If you answer “yes” to any of the questions in the Pre-Appointment Health Screen and Consent for COVID-19, please book your visit as a Telehealth Virtual Appointment. If you have any symptoms, we recommend calling 811, visiting https://www.healthlinkbc.ca/ or going directly to a local testing centre.
Please Note: We are continuing to offer Telehealth Virtual Appointments in addition to in person visits. If you attempt to make a booking and it says “Contact to book”, this appointment is available but reserved for Telehealth Virtual Treatment and can be booked by calling 604-428-3006.
